    Working Principle
    Kemai KX series powder separator (air classifier) rotates with blades on the turntable through a speed regulating motor and a two-stage deceleration to form a grading effect on the powder. The speed of the blade speed is adjusted according to the size of the finished powder. When it is necessary to obtain finer granularity powder, it is necessary to increase the blade speed, so that the contact between the blade and the powder increases, so that the unqualified powder is thrown to the outer wall of the blade and the air flow, the coarse powder falls into the grinding chamber for re-grinding due to the effect of gravity, and the qualified finished powder is sucked into the blade with the air flow into the large cyclone collector, the air flow and the powder are separated, and the powder is collected.
    Characteristic and feature of KM series air classifier
    • A static classification and dispersion equipment, no moving parts, reliable and stable work, conducive to the smooth operation of the roller press, improve the system output;
    • Simple structure, long service life of wear-resistant parts;
    • The use of small air volume, small pressure loss;
    • The fineness of the finished product can be controlled by adjusting the wind speed, which is convenient and reliable.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
    How does the Kemai KX series powder separator classify powder?
    It uses a speed regulating motor and a two-stage deceleration to rotate blades on a turntable. This rotation creates a grading effect. Coarse powder falls back down due to gravity for re-grinding, while qualified fine powder is carried by the air flow into a cyclone collector for collection.
    How can I adjust the fineness of the finished product?
    The fineness can be easily controlled by adjusting the blade rotation speed and the wind speed. To obtain finer granularity powder, you need to increase the blade speed to increase contact between the blades and the powder.
    What are the primary advantages of the KM series air classifier?
    It features a static classification design with no moving parts, ensuring highly stable operation and improving roller press output. It also offers a simple structure, long-lasting wear-resistant parts, low air volume requirements, and minimal pressure loss.
    What is the handling capacity range for the different KM models?
    The handling capacity ranges from 16-20 T/h for the smallest model (KM-500) up to 120-160 T/h for the largest model (KM-1200), allowing you to choose the ideal fit for your production needs.
    What are the power requirements for the classifier and blower motors?
    Classifier motor power ranges from 11 Kw (KM-500) to 75 Kw (KM-1200). Blower motor power ranges from 30 Kw to 160 Kw, depending on the model and system configuration.
