Heavy Duty Hammer Crusher PCZ Series - China Suppliers and Factory for Efficient Crushing Solutions
Working Principle
Kemai PCZ series heavy duty hammer crusher can adjust the grate gap and change the discharge particle size according to the user's requirements to meet the different needs of different users. It has the characteristics of simple structure, large crushing ratio and high production efficiency, and can be used as dry and wet crushing equipment. The main working part of the machine is the rotor with a hammer (also known as the hammer head). The rotor consists of a spindle, a disc, a pin and a hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feed port, and crushed by the blow, impact, shear and grinding of the hammer with high speed movement. In the lower part of the rotor, a screen plate is provided, and the particle grade of the crushed material less than the size of the screen hole is discharged through the screen plate, and the coarse particle grade larger than the size of the screen hole is blocked on the screen plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally discharged through the screen plate.
Characteristic and features

Frequently Asked Questions
Q
How does the PCZ series heavy duty hammer crusher adjust the output size?
The discharge particle size can be adjusted by changing the grate gap according to specific user requirements, allowing you to easily switch between different sizes of finished materials.
Q
Can the PCZ series hammer crusher handle both wet and dry materials?
Yes, this series of equipment is designed to operate efficiently as both dry and wet crushing equipment, offering great adaptability to different material moisture levels.
Q
What are the core components of the crusher's rotor?
The high-speed rotating rotor is the main working component of the machine and consists of a spindle, a disc, a pin, and the hammer heads.
Q
What is the difference between the coarse crushing and fine crushing models?
Coarse crushing models handle larger feed sizes (up to 1200mm) and offer higher throughput capacity. Fine crushing models are designed for smaller feed sizes (up to 200mm) and produce smaller, more uniform output particles.
Q
Why is the PCZ series hammer crusher considered energy-efficient?
It features an optimized structural design that combines blow, impact, shear, and grinding actions. This maximizes crushing efficiency while maintaining low power consumption compared to traditional crushers.
