Working Principle
HPS series multi cylinder cone crusher is a typical crushing equipment for medium and fine crushing hard materials. When working, the moving cone does a rotating pendulum movement along the inner surface, near the fixed cone, the material is crushed by the moving cone extrusion and bending, and the place that deviates from the moving cone, the broken material falls from the bottom of the cone due to the action of gravity, and the entire crushing and unloading process is carried out continuously along the inner surface. The locking protection cylinder part is composed of several locking protection cylinders, over-iron protection accumulator, buffer accumulator group and pipeline. The locking protective cylinder mainly plays the role of over-iron protection and cleaning the crushing chamber, and each two hydraulic cylinders are equipped with a buffer accumulator, which is used to absorb the adjustment ring beating impact phenomenon caused by a small number of hard materials during normal crushing.
