High Performance PF Series Impact Crusher from China Suppliers & Factory for Aggregate and Recycling Applications
Working Principle
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, on the rotor where installed the hammer plates. When the materials get into the area which the hammers affect, under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are thrown to the impact plate above the rotor continuously. Then the materials are rebounded from the impact plate to the area where the hammers effects for a second time crushing. The materials of different sizes are all to be crushed in the impact chamber. This process will be repealed till the material are crushed to the required size and discharged from discharge opening of the impact crusher.
Characteristics of impact crusher:
- Excellent cubic final products
- Special structure
- Non-key connection
- High chrome hammer
- Easy operation
- Easy adjustment, high crushing ratio
- Good performance and high reliability

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the working principle of the impact crusher?
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. When materials enter the impact zone of the hammers, they are struck and thrown against the impact plate above the rotor. They rebound back to the hammer zone for secondary crushing. This process repeats until the materials reach the desired size and are discharged.
What are the main characteristics of this impact crusher?
It features a special structure with a non-key connection, high chrome hammers, and offers excellent cubic final products. It provides a high crushing ratio, easy operation, easy adjustment, high reliability, and excellent overall performance.
What is the difference between the 2-cavity and 3-cavity models?
The 2-cavity models generally offer a slightly higher capacity range (up to 400 t/h) and are suitable for general coarse and medium crushing. The 3-cavity models offer slightly lower capacity limits but excel in producing finer, more cubical products due to the additional crushing cavity stage.
What is the maximum feeding size for these impact crushers?
Depending on the model, the maximum feeding size is either 350 mm (for models like 1010, 1210, and 1214) or 500 mm (for models like 1315, 1320, and 1620) for both 2-cavity and 3-cavity series.
What are the power and weight specifications for the largest model?
The largest model, the 1620 series, requires 400 kW of power. The 2-cavity version (1620-II) weighs 38.5 tons, while the 3-cavity version (1620-III) weighs 39.5 tons.
