Working Principle
Kemai HM series hammer mill is mainly composed of a shell, a rotor, a bearing iron and a grate. The shell is divided into two parts, which are welded by cutting steel plates, and the other parts are connected by bolts. The interior of the case is inlaid with high manganese steel liner, easy to replace after wear; An array of hammers with regular distribution is installed on the spindle, and a rotor is formed with a turntable and a hammer shaft. The main engine drives the main shaft through the motor and the triangle belt, so that the rotor rotates, the hammer head is extended to all sides by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation, and the large material enters the crushing chamber from the feed port, and is smashed by the high-speed hammer. The crushed qualified material is discharged by the grate with gaps at the bottom, and the unqualified material is left in the crushing chamber, and is repeatedly acted on by the hammer and the bearing iron block until it can be discharged qualified.
In order to avoid clogging, the water content of the crushed material is generally not more than 5%.
